Teacher Fellowship Programme has been one of RRCEE’s flagship programmes which has provided a platform to school teachers to undertake classroom-based research.
It was conceptualized with an understanding that a research based learning framework has the potential to provide direction for enhancing professional capacities of practicing teachers.
The aim of this fellowship is to provide ‘space’ and ‘opportunity’ for teachers to undertake research and to broaden teacher’s understanding of education and prompt them to enhance their knowledge of pedagogy, subject content, and issues in educational theory.
In 2014, RRCEE introduced a new format for the Teacher Fellowship Programme as a 12 day residential programme, followed by the distance mode in which Fellows wrote a Reflective Essay in the area of their choice. The themes for the Programme in the new format were Childhood, Being and Becoming Teacher, Curriculum and Pedagogy, and Policy.
We proud to have more than 80 Teacher Fellows with us, who are an integral part of RRCEE Team. Explore this space for Fellow Reports and Reflective Essays.
